SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY REMEMBRANCE PROGRAM Syracuse, NY | 2024-2025

Chosen as one of 35 annual Remembrance Scholars at Syracuse University honoring the 35 SU students lost in the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 in December of 1989

Rose awareness and remembrance about the tragedy
Planned and attended all Remembrance Week events alongside my cohort
Worked on a community painting project which included research about grief and grief resources

LIGHT FOR LYME FUNDRAISER Croton Falls, NY | 2023

Created a non-profit fundraiser to raise money and awareness for Lyme Disease in summer, 2023. Since then, we have had two successful events raising over $3,000 in total for the Lyme Treatment Foundation - an organization that provides grants to Lyme Disease patients for costly medical treatments and testing.

HEALING HEARTS CHARITY EVENT Syracuse, NY / Mahopac, NY | 2016 - 2020, 2024 - Present

Co-founded the yearly charity event in 2016 it was originally created and paused in 2008 where participants gather to make Valentine’s Day cards for patients in local hospitals and nursing homes.
Organize the location, advertising, and staffing of each event.
Communicate with recipients and deliver the cards to their final destinations
